Tegfryn Cottage has been completely but sensitively refurbished over the winter of 2002/2003.  Whilst make it as comfortable and convenient as possible we have endeavoured to keep the character of the 150 year old cottage by retaining the stone walls and some of the beamed ceilings. 

Conveniently situated as it is, just a short walk from the shops and hotel and yet only a 2 minute drive from the Cors Caron Nature Reserve, Tegfryn offers the best of both worlds.  If you feel like spending a day lazing on the beach then you will find it difficult to choose between the many beautiful beaches and little coves that are all along the Ceredigion coastline.  Or you may choose to taking a boat ride to see the seals, porpoise or dolphins in Cardigan Bay.

  • Living Room with colour TV, Video and Hi-Fi system.
  • Breakfast Room.
  • Kitchen with Electric Cooker, Fridge and Microwave.

  • 2 Single Bedrooms

A cot is available on request

All bed linen is provided except for the cot, and the beds are made up ready for your arrival.  You only need to bring your own towels with you.

There are electric heaters in all of the bedrooms, the living room and the breakfast room, and open coal fires in the living room and the breakfast room.  Coal and logs are provided for the open fires and the first £10.00 of electric is included in the price.
back garden Behind the cottage there is a securely enclosed back garden where you can relax and sunbathe to the sound of the river Brenig flowing by.
